I’ve done a little lead generation, which is something I haven’t heard about, being like most builders it was all referral work. I also got referral strategies in place to back that up and to keep it coming in. So far I’ve picked up 3 more jobs in the last 6 months, big jobs that I would have gone 50/50 on previously.
